Bio: Sandrino’s passion for life is driven by his longtime love for house music in all of its forms. Shortly after taking his first steps into the DJ booth to learn the sultry arts, Sandrino’s young career took wings in 2003 with a successful residency at Germany’s renowned Butan Club, which has regularly played host to countless top movers and shakers in the industry. His consistent ability to keep the dancefloor ecstatic was noticed by one of the club’s favorite and most legendary guest DJs D-Nox, who wasted no time in snapping this young talent up to represent his label Sprout Music.
In the early parts of 2007, Sandrino transferred his growing experience and knowledge of the dancefloor into the studio, joining forces with fellow Butan resident Tito and Adrian Pietrasch to give birth to the project SATelite. Their deep, groove-packed interpretation of progressive music almost immediately found a home on a number of leading labels including Sprout, Mashtronic, Echo Plast, and Kumquat Records. His greatest production impact, however, was soon to come, as Sandrino and Adryan teamed up with Cologne-based producer Wollion for the dynamic deep- and tech-house project Lemon Popsicle. The trio’s works first found their ways to the global masses on UK labels Rebirth and ALiVe as well as Sasse´s standout German imprint Mood Music Records. In the time since, the demand for their services has been massive, with their remix expertise being called in for Rotytek & Shield’s huge hit “Pump It” and a number of leading artists including D-Nox & Beckers, Sharam Jey, Sasse, Darko Esser, Hardfloor and Sebastian Davidson.
Sandrino & Adryan additionally branched out for their self-titled project in early-2009, highlighting their thirst for deep and lush techy grooves. A pair of EPs on Mazi Namvar’s imprint Fresh Meat Records has only given a first taste of great things to come, with their latest work, a remix of Yvel & Tristan’s “Funkytown” leaving its footprint on dancefloors across the globe.
Sandrino’s studio success has only increased his passion for creating magic on the decks, as he maintains his residency at the Butan Club while featuring regularly alongside label partner D-Nox for a monthly radio show, aptly named Sprout Radio, on the much-heralded internet platform Proton Radio. Whether it be on the radio-waves, through one of his fine-tuned studio works or emanating from the speakers pulsating the dancefloor, Sandrino’s musical passion is certain exhilarate and enchant your ears!
