The dreary-eyed man in the dull grey suit caught you bright-eyed and bushy-tailed at 7am on the morning train as you drifted home from the club – your cheeks glowing with satisfaction, the mischievous remains of a grin lingering softly within your expression. As your eyes briefly met across the crowded carriage, Mr. Grey Suit glared at you fiercely and shared a tsk-tsking moment of disapproval with the stiff lady sitting next to him, desperate to convey his utmost disgust, but failing to conceal the sharp hint of curiosity and envy piercing through. As you paid him no further attention and giggled contently with your friend, Mr. Grey Suit shoved past you and out the train doors, giving you one last viciously condemning shake of his head. You then ambled home for a nap, read a few chapters of a book that triggered a memory from the night before and called up a few friends, with whom you embarked upon your next installment of liberating body movement, interesting new faces, sparkling conversation and sweet, sweet music. At some point during all this you met and kissed an unimaginably beautiful girl or boy (or maybe both) and then took them home to click and tick in time together like a perfectly engineered Swiss clock; buzzing and humming gently into Monday morning. Meanwhile, Mr. Grey Suit had shuffled into his stuffy office booth, sipped listlessly at his weak powdered coffee, rested his foggy head upon his hand and sighed heavily; another sliver of something dying inside.

Enjoy the pinnacle of Berlin clublife tomorrow night at Berghain / Panorama Bar, where Detroit techno royalty, Robert Hood, joins Will Saul and Scuba for another Klubnacht. Robert Hood has been electronically instrumentalising the movement of the universe alongside the likes of Jeff Mills for around two decades, with timeless style and an endless string of precise and inventive productions.

Andy Vaz leads a loveable local line-up tomorrow night at Friedrichshain’s favourite haunted old love shack, Wilde Renate. The Düsseldorf-bred DJ joins Mass Prod and others at Clockwork Rentate, with all the necessary décor, paraphernalia and costume fun to make you feel as if your life has become a scene out of Party Monster.

Much loved monthly gathering, Homopatik, takes what we will interpret as the 'anti' stance on fashion week tonight, with AntiPatik. Will this mean a lack of style? Gosh, no. The coolest of the cool know that anti is indie, its ‘in’ to be ‘out' , and that black is the new black (the old black was just way too anti-black anyway). Don’t think about it too hard, just get down to the sublime sounds of Danilo & friends.

There’s more anti-fashion hipster action (we love oxymoron!) at the Husk Magazine / shambo.de party at Backyard tomorrow night. The theme is ‘Arabic’ (yes, that is also a nationality) combined with ‘future’ and ‘victim’, so drape yourself in some chic cyber sand cloaks and hit the D-floor with a drink  -  or five  -  in hand.

Other notable fashion week parties include the Partrick Mohr Newborn Identity party at Cookies featuring DJ Hell, the Sleep Is Commercial party at Kater Holzig and the GOMMA! Berlin! Party! at Flamingo featuring MUNK with live guest singer, Peaches.

There’s also local party organiser / DJ Sammy Dee’s My Birthday at Club Divisonaere on Sunday with Zip and Mathew Burton, and on Friday night at Watergate, tech-house chart toppers David August and Solomun bring you another booming Diynmaic Nacht.
