Berlin's new home to the underground, Raum 18, is hosting a very special event on April 9th. Bringing together some of Scandinavia's most amazing performers to celebrate Ultralyd's first ever Berlin show!

Ultralyd are long term guitar and drums collaborators Anders Hana and Morten J. Olsen of Moha along with Kjetil Möster on sax/clarinet and Kjetil D Brandsdal of Noxagt on bass. Together they are at the forefront of the Norwegian experimental music scene making deep swirling instrumental rock which can take in many elements from cinematic soundscapes to freejazz.. imagine a David Lynch bar scene where it all starts going weird and you might get close..

A very special guest also from Norway Kim Hiorthrøy makes an extremely rare live appearance, not to be missed by any fans of super lush dancey electronic music, his live sets are the things of legends.

Duran Duran Duran is our USA via Berlin party boy for the night kindly playing one of his excellent late night dj sets which can go anywhere from classic 80's girly pop to hardcore ravecore.

Obi Blanche of Finland will warm you up with his self styled electro-techno. Twisting up guitars and phat beats his music is attracting fans all over the world from the New Judas label to Diplo's Mad Decent collective.
